Guarantee
According to the Consumer Protection Code – Law 8,078/90, the mandatory warranty period is 30 (thirty) days to complain about a product defect or defect.
To return a product due to regret, the following conditions must be observed. The deadline for canceling the purchase is up to 7 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the product. The product must be sent in the original packaging, without signs of use/wear, accompanied by an invoice, manual and all its accessories.
The Professor will return the product to its delivery address without refunding the amounts paid when it is returned after the deadline, finds any changes to the product, signs of misuse.
Any modification to the original product, whether removing any seal indicating use of the product, will no longer be possible to exercise the right to withdrawal.
The amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase. Due to limited stock of goods, it may happen that we do not have the same item for exchange. For this reason, it will not be possible to exchange the products, only return them and request a refund of the amount paid.
For purchases via credit card, the amount will be refunded in up to 2 invoices. Through online transfer or bank slip, the amount will be made available within 7 business days.
Default Exchange
All products undergo inspection before being sent to you. They are very well packaged, with a cushioning system to protect the most sensitive parts. However, if something happens during the journey that damages the product in some way.
If a product purchased in our store is defective after 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, you can contact our technical support directly (+971) 48 3206-88 to report the incident.
All products returned to our Distribution Center are analyzed to determine the defect reported by the customer. They will be resent whenever no defect is found.
Product Exchange
You must contact our Customer Service Center at the number available on our website and request the service.
If you choose, in any situation, to send your product so that we can act as intermediaries between the customer and the manufacturer, it will take 10 days from the date the product is shipped to reach Technical Assistance.
Exchange Procedure
To exchange a product, you must send it in its original box. You can choose to exchange the same product in another size (if available in stock).
Products sent for exchange are analyzed by our company, with a period of 7 working days for evaluation. If no irregularity is detected, the exchange is authorized. Products that do not meet the conditions required above will not be accepted as an exchange and will automatically be sent to the address of origin.
